- Richard Gere: This 61-year-old Pretty Woman star follows a vegetarian diet and is a former athlete.
- Denzel Washington: The 56-year-old silver screen star is into healthy eating and doesn’t drink alcohol. He’s also rumored to focus on his upper body during workouts.
- Bruce Willis: Most women will agree that no one makes bald look as sexy as 56-year-old Willis! We dug up that the action star is quite a fan of the exercise ball, and does hour-long cardio and strength workouts everyday for months before a big role.
